  Only got the sled, no cover. Had to contact the seller, had no shipping confirmation. Then get shipping confirmation with no tracking. Contacted seller again, finally got tracking number. Item shows up, no cover. Contact seller again. Said the are preparing it for shipping. Nothing again. Contact seller again, waited 5 days. He responded and stated it was on back order. He offered to refund me. I accepted. When I was looking at item it said Tennessee. When I ordered item, it said Puerto Rico.
