    For the most part, the seller sent the items I requested. There was an error, on their part, as it pertained to my order. Although they are not quick in responding to you, they will respond. In my case, they did make an attempt to rectify my concerns. It would appear that they do use various lot numbers, as it pertains to the color cartridiges, to process the orders. In all, I am satisfied with the purchase.
