    This transaction is exactly how eBay is supposed to work. We had a broken/damaged part, we were able to come out on eBay & found a Seller that had said part. They were listing it for a fair price and we were able to make the purchase and get the part with fast shipping/delivery without issue, and it works perfectly - just as described.     The product was as advertised and it fit my oven. Shipping was in a reasonable amount of time. There was some damage to the packaging by the shipping company but it was protected enough that the glass didn't break. The seller accepted my offer which was a little less than asking price and it was a reasonable buy.
