    Very nice sterling silver chains. Even though there was a packaging snafu (only 4 of the 8 chains I ordered made it into the original shipment), as soon as I notified the seller of the issue, it was immediately and courteously addressed, and the remaining 4 chains promptly sent to me.     They shipped me the wrong necklace and when I told then about it they reshipped me the correct necklace for free! Can you believe that??????? I am shocked at the great customer service I will definitely be buying more jewelry from them in the future and I urge everyone reading this to buy from them the necklace I did receive is beautiful and just like it is advertised except the size was wrong but it is solid sterling silver just as it says
