im sure everything will be in the box(s) as advertised... really frustrated though... why sendle? to save a few bucks? this is by far the worst shipping company... look at the reviews. don't do this to your other customers please... use a trusted shipper... the cost will be up to the customer and you will get an official tracking code from usps or ups... mine stopped updating about 2 weeks ago and now says its in kc mo... like 2 days ago. 5 out of 5 for everythin else when it gets here.

Item was delivered as described, which unit had which problems was clearly labeled. As a huge added bonus, the units were packed in recycled materials and packed VERY well. Overall I have been quite impressed with this company, just be sure to have gloves as you'll normally get a unit with some uncured resin somewhere!

Great buying experience and phenomenal customer service! I would highly recommend buying from this seller. Had a few issues with parts (UPS was rough with package and broke one, one part turned out to be for another model) and they were responsive and sent me different parts ASAP and I have been able to get it up and working now. I would only recommend buying the 2-pack of broken printers to make 1 working printer for someone who really enjoys messing around with tech and fixing things.
