    Amazing Customer Support. Item arrived in two shippments like mentioned in description. Packaged properly. Unfortunatly both units had the same issues and could not get 1 unit to function. Customer support has been amazing and they are providing the necessary parts. This project is definetly design for people with basic troubleshooting skills and patience.     I originally ordered the Neptune 3 Plus, but the seller sent me a message saying it was out of stock. Instead of just cancelling the order and refunding me, they gave me the choice between a Neptune 4 Plus or a new in box Mars 4 Ultra for no extra charge. I chose the Neptune 4 Plus and it arrived in good shape and with all the parts I needed. It was used, but otherwise fine. Great customer support from the seller, and still runs fine nearly every day over 3 weeks later.

    Second purchase from this seller My Saturn 4 Ultra was a pre-owned. The seller makes very clear to explicitly state what to expect. While my unit came with a crack on the edge of the screen (EDGE; NOT where the light displays) it IS fully functional. The crack provides NO ISSUES to print quality. I was given what was offered. No complaints. TL;DR This things fricken' great, came in fine working condition and saved me money. Packaged very well. Great seller communication. 10/10 would buy again.
