  1) Bought banner with free deliver (2-3 days) . Seller said pay £14.99 for fast track delivery. I paid. It came after 4 days. Seller said pay £33.99 to have item posted in a rolled box. I couldn't. Item came folded with bend marks. 2) All communication including additional costs communicated via WhatsApp and not via Ebay. 3) Item came less than requested measurements. 4) Asked for refund. Refunded half of cost cause it wasn't in original box. Got Ebay involved. Sorted
