Royal mail said by email that they tried to deliver this PM and that is a LIE. I have been at home the whole day waiting for the delivery. My door bell works well. Nothing today. Not your fault, but just a note to select sa better delivery option next time. I tried to contact Royal Mail but got nowhere unable to talk to someone. Waste of time. If you can contact them directly may help. No need to refund or to send it again. I am asking them to re-deliver.

Item arrived as described, but expiry was buried in full description, not shown in title or main info. Buying multiple items and this not being my main purchase made it hard to notice. I contacted the seller and got a cold, generic reply blaming me for not reading, which leaves a bad taste. With many transactions, seller knows how listings work yet still sells near-expiry at full price. Others reported same. I hope this prompts better transparency. Quality was fine.

The item comes with bedt before date, not expiry date. The date was clearly displayed in the Item Specifics as required as well as in the Item Description section in BIG RED font. We appreciate your comment however you should not buy without reading any of them. The price reduction reflected the item condition.
