  I sent seller a note stating there was an issue with the item. No discussion, no inquiry to the problem and a refund was sent. Well ok i guess, but the item i bought was a gift and i still need the item. Seller has the best price on the item I want and has more available so I am going to purchase the item for a second time.

  The ordering was very quick and easy and the item came in on time. However, it ended up not working. I tried two or three times but couldn't get it to work. I emailed and explained the problem and the responded very quickly and positively. They apologized and quickly offered free return shipping and a refund. They were very understanding about the whole process. I asked for a replacement if they have one instead of a credit because I was so impressed with their service. Great seller!
