In an effort to support this buyer, we have provided extensive technical support and provided a power supply at no charge so they could get up and running quickly. Regrettably, the buyer was unable to provide a rough vacuum at the level required for this pump, as stated by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not believe the return request was in good faith, and it exceeded our standard 30-day return window, and the turbo pump was misused per several of the photos the buyer sent.
