  Horrible. Don't believe the 88% store rating, the positive reviews are fake; only the negative reviews are real. I ordered an Unused Open Box Headset, and received a Used, Disgusting, Dirty, Broken headset that was missing important pieces. The broken item was stuffed into a used ziplock bag, and was crammed into a box that was smaller than the product itself. The seller uses stock photos for their items and lies about their condition. Absolutely despicable. Avoid this seller at all costs.
