  The item arrived damaged, and when I contacted the seller, they refused to take responsibility, claiming it wasn’t their item—even though it was the only part I ordered for my car. The seller was unhelpful and dismissive, forcing me to escalate the return claim through eBay. Terrible customer service and a cheap Chinese part—definitely would not recommend buying from this seller.

  The seller continued to advise me to install the items and take pictures. However, due to fitment issues, I refused and initiated a return case through eBay. The seller then provided a USPS QR code, which is not accepted for oversized items. Now, the seller is asserting that they will not accept the item if it was installed, although the item was initially described as fitting. Does one not need to install the item to confirm proper fitment?
