    The bearing kit was misrepresented on listing claiming to include thrust washers when it did not. The listing also claimed to ship with USPS but ended up using a different shipping company that did not have access to my apartment building and rejected delivery before being let in on their reattempt by a resident. This was a very frustrating experience. The seller first dismissed my claim about the missing item until I provided screenshots for evidence. In the end I did get a partial refund.
