    A friendly, excellent Seller & a great purchase experience. The lovely pendant came in quickly & even more beautiful than described, wrapped with care for protection. There was a small issue with the chain, but I was so in love with the pendant itself that I wasn't too concerned. On her own, the Seller promptly sent me a replacement chain a few days later!     I received the wrong item by mistake, but the seller was apologetic. She said that I could keep the item because it was her mistake. It was packaged well, and arrived promptly.
