Probably 80% of our goods are New, and the pre-owned items we list are either never worn, or in worn once condition. All our listings have only pictures we have taken. We also work very hard to make descriptions as accurate as possible. We take pride in a very low item return rate. Because we do sell pre-owned items, they are always cleaned or washed before listing. We are also very careful when we pack for shipping. A few pennies more to keep it safe,is well worth it.
