  I asked the seller to cancel my order.It had not been shipped yet.She told me I had to follow the rules of eBay and somehow create this transaction through you.I know how to do returns through eBay.I didn't understand how to do cancellations that way.She attacked me with not following the rules and ultimately called me a scammer.And would not sell to me anymore.Like I'd ever go back to her after the unprofessional way I was treated. She cancelled the item before she shipped it.That's all I wante

  I asked this buyer to go through ebay to formally request a cancellation. The response I received was: "kasug_43: I have never had any seller tell me to go through Ebay. Just send them and I'll pay to have them returned. Won't recommend you at all. Very un-helpful" I called ebay and refunded her money immediately. When I looked at her 50 feedback score, with a 16% return rate, this is not a buyer I want to do business with. And yes, I did block her with no regret.
