  Seller communication and actions were outstanding. Shipped very fast but unfortunately UPS beat the heck out of it and even though it was bubble wrapped it was dented. I could see by box and pictures on listing that it was caused by shipping. Because the item was fine as described in photos before. Item still useable but no longer mint and seller and I were able to make a fair to both of us new value for price and seller quickly refunded the agreed upon price difference.

  Do not hesitate to purchase anything breakable from the seller. I have ordered dishes from others where they have arrived shattered. These dishes were carefully boxed, each plate was nestled between Styrofoam plates, and wrapped in bubble wrap. They arrived in perfect condition. Very very professional seller!
