  The seller tried their best to get me the product but it seems to have been a USPS problem. Seller even sent a second one and USPS still messed up. Seller ended up refunding me and doing the correct thing. This was not the fault of the seller at all. And communication was great and service was great for the hassle USPS put us both through for this small item.

  It took a long time to receive this item. It was ordered on July 21st and I didn't receive it until August 7th. It was not the seller/shippers fault. I can only assume the post office temporarily lost it. According to post office records it took 10 days just to get out of Oakland CA. The item was exactly what I wanted though. The seller did offer to send another one if this one didn't make it here. Lucky we didn't have to do that.
