  I feel that the description was phrased so as to imply that 12 brushes would be received and not just three! Why show pictures of 12 in a box ? Seems very misleading and I’m not happy about that! Seller did offer to let me send them back and refund my $16.88 but I’m still out the money to ship them back. I have already put the brush head on my toothbrush and it fits perfectly so I will keep it. Besides that I threw the packaging out. On hindsight, I should have just bought another toothbrush

  I’ve sold many of these without any issue. Not sure how anyone could think there were going to get 12 heads for $16? I offered a full refund and to pay for shipping no cost to the buyer.
