    Positive- after we agreed to an offer that was lower than the initial listed price, I accidentally bought the item at the original listed price. After discovering the error and communicating with the seller- we agreed to refund me the difference. This was a very labor intensive/ effort on the buyers part to get the refund. Opportunity- seller advertised the size as “youth extra small.” It came in as a “youth Large.” Notified seller- no response.
