    Item just as described, maybe better. Box arrived with damaged corner, but the jack itself was fine. Unfortunately the handle set screw and soft cup cradle must have dropped out of the damaged corner. Seller was more than helpful and partially refunded to help offset their replacement. This jack seems every bit as solid as what I've found for similar jacks at almost twice the price and is a welcome addition to my garage. Thanks.
