    Poor communicator. Accusatory and did not address concern that item was a fake due to valid reasons. Serial number in wrong format and length. Label was too dark. Packaging had a wobbly clear insert that was not consistent with the quality of the years old original that is still solid. Seller claimed to have original receipt yet refused to show it. Liar. Bad product and terrible Seller. Beware.

    I’ve made multiple efforts to resolve your concerns, including offering and completing a full refund. I confirmed the item was purchased directly from Sephora before being discontinued and have purchase documentation. I take pride in my store and NEVER would sell a fake product. Unfortunately, our communication was unproductive, and I had to involve eBay due to repeated harassing messages. I hope this provides clarity.
