  I purchased tail gate motor for a 2012 RX350 and in there description they have the oem number that fits the 2012 RX350 they sent me one for a 2008 RX350 in there picture it is the correct motor.I sent them a picture of the in correct one they sent me.I do not want my money back send me the one that was advertised they declined.I am out $348.96 do not trust this company there mistake cost me $348.96.

  I bought this part because the Part number on photo is the same part number i need but the seller shipped a different part numbert not same on photo of this ads. Not good supplier not the same item with this ads

  Offered for buyer to return item and send new item. Buyer refused to ship original item back because they are in Philippines. Not deserving of negative I received..
