    Parts did not fit as described. POOR QUALITY PACKAGING. MISSING PARTS. I contacted seller about missing headstuds that were not included or packaged. I were denied a refund. They blamed shipping, package being damaged, which it were not damaged nor any shipping trouble. Literally just missing some headstuds that were never there. I were told to buy the missing parts myself and offered a 3 dollar value refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! BEWARE!!!! I WILL DISPUTE WITH MY BANK ON THIS CHARGE

    Easy transaction, good communication and prompt shipping. Only issue, as it is most of the time, is Ebay shipping updates that are not correct or accurate. Just because a label is created doesn't mean it's shipped. And the expected delivery date is never right until the day before; also not seller but USPS and Ebay.

    Giving positive because water pump is new reason for negativity on shipping I ordered it from this vendor because there ad said they had 3 in stock so being this vender was closest to me I was thinking I’ll get it in a couple of days Well that didn’t happen 😡 They dropped shipped from California!!! I could have ordered it from California cheaper than I paid them for it but thinking delivery quicker it took a week before it was delivered. Then the box was a mess almost losing parts no padding
