  My package arrived in five days. The box was very sturdy and was wrapped extra secure inside. There was not one chip on any of the glasses. They were new as described, and it was a great deal too. I would do business with this seller in the future.

  When I got an email from USPS saying product was delivered but WAS NOT- the customer service was bad - they just referred me to USPS, I didnt but from USPS I bought from EBAY, also they didnt say wait a few more days it will probably come (which it eventually did). All they did was refer me to USPS no advice to just wait at least 4-5 more days. I didnt give money to USPS, I gave it to ebay and its their responsibility not mine to ensure delivery

  Buyer is blocked. Delivery details said delivered. Buyer refused to ask the local post man or the office. They are irrationally confused on how anything works. We did provide more than enough advice and direction. They are blaming us, when USPS was to be held accountable. Apparently USPS scanned delivered the day before it actually was. Not a first time scenario for them to do so, but we also did say give it a couple days. Buyer is a liability.

  They got here super quick! Everything is as-pictured, if maybe a little messier (not a problem, I bought them to clean them up anyway). These three dolls are on the rare side, one of them isn't even findable in thrift stores, so I was thrilled with the price! The packaging was decent, everything arrived as good as it was pictured, and I got some bubble wrap for my little sister out of it! This is about the best first experience I've ever had with a shopping website!
