  Seems the USPS had problems delivering this item in a timely fashion, but it wasn’t the seller’s fault - she was very responsive and contacted the local USPS office to determine the cause of the delay - the package was delivered in good condition near the end of the month. It was as advertised - new and just what I needed at a fair price. I appreciate her attention and excellent communication.

  What was in the box was not what the box advertised. But to my own fault I waited too long to install it. I would still buy from this seller, but I'll be more prompt in making sure it's right. This is a manufacturer issue as they mislabeled the packaging. Not the sellers fault at all!
