  After I purchased the item, it was four days before I was alerted to its shipping. For some reason it took over 10 days to get to me. I had given it up for lost. When it did arrive, the charging cord was not with it. All the pictures of this product show it with a cord. I have contacted the seller to ask for the cord to be sent.

  Although I ended up being given a refund, the item was completely misrepresented in the posting as being a new, wall mount sensor mirror. It was clearly not a wall mount, it had evidenced of being used, it was packaged poorly, and it arrived broken. When I contacted the seller, they argued with me that it was exactly as posted and accused me of breaking it. This seller is not truthful and only refunded my money once it was clear I could prove the posting was misrepresenting the item.
