  Received the walking stick but the foot was missing, I requested a new foot to be told I could only have a refund of 20% so I purchased a new foot from eBay (£10 ) on fitting it felt great , on my first walk with the cane the handle snapped off, this was a real problem as it was difficult to get home , the cane was described as heavy duty, I contacted the supplier and requested a new replacement or a full refund. This request was ignored, also still have not received the original refund.
