    Seller neglected to look at the notes... i wrote. Otherwise seller would have seen my offer was for $12.00 not $26.00. I was charged $26 & $12.98 for shipping. I offset the price because the descripton said there were a few stones missing & I knew I had to replace them... if I could find them. I asked her to honor the $12 , but wouldn't. I asked her to credit my credit card $10 & would only give $6. She would have to pay the return shipping, it will cost her more money then to return $10
