  Purchased a s22 ultra that was labeled as new from the seller and upon recieving the device it had the frame of an S22 ultra but the device was not an s22 ultra. I communicated to the seller and they were willing to return the device and issue a refund. While I am/was disappointed in the device recieved the sellers action to fix what was wrong and make good on doing so was respectable. I did end up getting another device but maybe in the future I can revisit this seller when I need a phone.
