  Do not trust this seller! Description says it’s a Hayward Pool Pump, but I received a fake no brand pool pump!! They don’t respond to my messages. I’m reporting them to eBay. They say they accept refunds but charge a 10% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back!! What? They deceive and we have to pay!! Stay away! Worst transaction. (See photos)

  Unfortunately I had to return this item as it was not a true Hayward (the sellers said it was the replacement for it). I had bought the 2 yr protection as well. I figured I would be out the return shipping ($30+) and the protection plan. Nope! I was refunded by Allstate and the seller paid for the return shipping, I guess because the item wasn't as described.
