  I am happy with the overall purchase but disappointed of not getting the (5) lip balms that were listed in the photo. I was suppose to get (2) rosey lips instead I got (2) original and (1) cocoa butter (1) rosey lips & (1) aloe. All balms are single packaged in a bubble wrap mailer which was very cost efficient. I wished items would have arrived a little quicker . I still rate seller excellent overall. Items arrived in excellent condition!

  I paid for two items and they only sent one item . When I told them of this and sent requested pictures they said that there were two in the pictures when it was obvious that there was only one item sent. They then accused me of committing a fraudulent act and threatened to report me to ebay when they make the mistake and didn't send what I paid for. . Worst customer service ever. First riping me off then threatening me when I tried to get them to rectify the situation . I gave them a chance

  Anyone who can see the photos will understand that all three photos clearly shows that the plastic bag can be used to package two items, but the customer took out one and then turned the other 90 degrees and took this photo. This is a photo that reveals the truth by customer and is intended to deceive people. We have exposed the scam. Everyone is welcome to comment.
