The item was advertised as a Dell Inspiron DESKTOP PC. This morning I was informed that it is actually for a CHROMEBOOK notebook and to contact them if I wanted to cancel the order. I IMMEDIATELY requested to cancel the order, OF COURSE I WOULD, because it wasn't even a similar item but instead, I received a tracking number. I have to wait a week for the item, then initiate the return process. If they realized this was their error, they should have cancelled immediately. Won't shop here again.

Item arrived damaged so I requested a return. The seller said they will issue a refund and not to bother returning the item. She then asked me to cancel the return request so she can issue the refund. She gave me a refund transaction number but I never received a refund. When I contacted Ebay customer service, they said the number she gave me was not a refund transaction # but the return request number (the return she asked me to cancel). I had to request a chargeback from my bank.
