    The item (a Galaxy Note 10 Plus) was exactly as described, packaged well, and arrived on time. Customer service communication was prompt and thorough in their replies to my questions. Overall great seller and excellent experience. The only drawback is that this phone gets super hot really quickly and stays that way, but I do not think this is something the seller has any control over.
