  I made a mistake by not reading full description of bear, so I contacted seller thinking I got wrong color of bear. Bear was shipped extremely fast, and well protected. Seller offered to find me another bear of color I wanted, and offered to ship free to me! I decided to keep the original bear which was in pristine condition. Seller was great about communication and willingness to help! Very patient with my many replies and questions, too!!

  Awesome seller!! Worked with me on the price, and shipped out very quickly. USPS sent my package to the wrong post office and it bounced around for a while, seller contacted them immediately after I asked about it and figured out what was going on with it.
