    Purchased iPhone 14 and it came in great condition with fast shipping. The communication with the seller was great due to a shipping error with FedEx and they actually was trying to take on the responsibility of someone’s else mistake. The price of the phone was great, the communication with the sellers was great and the time the phone was supposed to arrive was great with the exception of FedEx misplacing it. Will definitely chat with them again for all my phones.

    Item as described! Very, very well packaged. Delivery was delayed, through no fault of seller. Seller was communicative, thank goodness. I can't stand seller's not responding or possibly worse - responding in hostility. if a buyer has questions about what you're trying to sell to put money in your pockets, one would think the customer could ask multiple questions without reprimanding them. i had one such experience, thank goddess this seller was friendly and professional.

    The items are not the same as the photo shown in the product description. They are new products and come in their own boxes. The boxes also include charging cables and additional protectors. They are well packaged. They appear to be of good quality. The appearance and shape are completely different from what I expected. The price is good.
