Considering I never received the product that I was told was going to be shipped and sent to me by the 28th, I would say you are absolutely the worst company that I have bought a product from this year. If the cost of your sign is $190, then that is exactly what should be put on the cost. And when somebody spends money buying your product, they should not be getting an email saying that the item it's going to arrive at a certain time and then ask for more money. Disgusting.
