  Terrible seller. If they don't have the item, then Don't List it For Sale! It is as simple as that. You wasted my time and I lost out on buying another owners manual from a seller that actually had it. Buyer's beware that this place may not actually have what they are advertising for sale.

  We refunded your order right away so that you could purchase another one. I am truly sorry that the owner's manual that you purchased was stolen from our warehouse sometime in the 6 months between us listing it and you buying it. I don't know that that should make us a terrible seller but I guess if missing out on this sweet Tiguan owners manual caused you the emotional that it seems in this review then I guess we are! Hope you found one that made your dreams come true!
