  my tama came in really secure packaging! good communication as i received multiple updates after ordering which i really appreciated. the product itself despite being used is in good condition- a few screen scratches but that was shown so it was expected. i did think the manual would be included as it was shown in multiple images alongside the tamagotchi but i can’t read it anyways so i’m bothered by it
