Seller had the missing bag and promptly shipped that one. So I am satisfied- got a good price and will know more after the Ecto 1 is built. Difficult to determine which of the two willow trees I purchased is referring to?? Sellers name does not match either?? The first I purchased for $40 was terrible. Looked like I was shipped (very poorly packaged) a defective returned item. However they did take care of me and provided a refund. The second I purchased this month was shipped in great shape and works great I left stars blank because I was unsure which one I was asked to rate??

This purchase was initially disappointing as the seller failed to adequately describe the poor and severely damaged condition of the box, and it was inadequately packaged to protect the item. However, communication was positive and a partial refund was made to cover the cost of a new box. This seller made things right in the end, but could have avoided problems by providing real pictures of the box and spending enough on shipping to protect the sold item.
