I ordered a sterling silver 24” rope necklace. The only part they got right was rope. They sent a fake sterling silver plated w fake gold it’s not even stamped! Actually they sent two. Two different colors of golds! It’s a darn shame. I even tried to contact them and give them the benefit of the doubt and said maybe u put it in the wrong bag. Never heard back. That was well over a week ago

I ordered three of these living crystal floating heart pendants. I have received a bag of six necklaces with stone pendants. According to eBay I have received two of the heart pendants. I have received none, just a bag of necklaces I didn't want. I have tried to contact this seller twice and have received no response, it's been three days. What was supposed to be Loving mother's and daughters matching hearts has turned into a very NEGATIVE experience. I do NOT recommend this seller😠
