    Although the part i got was in poor condition, they communicated well and got me a refund. Was almost the same as what I paid for the item minus the shipping. I was just glad they sent me a label and I didn't have to pay to send it back. I understand that these are used parts but I think these places should have to have pictures of the actual item you're buying and not just a picture of the correct part.
