I'm a retiring working graduate Gemologist/Petrologist and Lapidarist and I'm offering a portion of my trade goods (gems, gem/cab rough, gem figurines/carvings, crystals, slabs, jewelry, and specimens) for sale.     This is about the seller, not the agate slab (which is lovely). The Post Office sent my purchase to the wrong address SEVERAL states away. USPS had assigned an invalid tracking number. The seller messaged me daily to keep me updated with their attempts to correct this. They even called the Postmaster in that state to rectify the situation. I have never had a seller this involved in a transaction. I cannot say how much I appreciate the seller's dedication. A+++ Thank you!
