    When a sellers tries to make a fool out of a buyer it really ticks me off. It's VERY obvious that the picture of the item is NOT the same as the item they shipped. The quality of the item they sent me is horrible- close to something you could purchase at a flea market. I pay attention to detail so therefore I KNOW that what you sent me is not the same item you have listed. I have attached photos as proof. Pic #1 is their listing. Pic #2 is what they shipped. I do not recommend this seller.

    Happy with my purchase, arrived one week late but the post are on strike so it no fault on seller very well packed, excellent customer service in my opinion one of the best sellers on eBay, product as advertised and at a fair price Evan though arrived late still giving 5 star as not fault of seller

    Item arrived promptly and looks as per photo. There was some confusion over measurement of bracelet but it is ok. However although it looks good the finish is poor in that the edges of all the claws holding the stones are sharp not smooth so that when worn it snags on clothing. This puts me off buying a fairly expensive item again
