Item received was not what was pictured. The shot glass was different from the one shown and appeared to have been returned to the company by a previous buyer as it was received in an open bubble mailer with a previous buyers address inside a box. Attempted to contact seller regarding the issue but received no reply. While the shot glass received is fine it isn’t what was expected and lack of communication by seller was not helpful.

The item was not returned, it was new. I use recycled materials for packing, thus the writing on the packaging! I am out of town and I've put a hold on my listings and auto response on my messages. My response states that I will reply to customer issues upon my return.
