    All of my items are Brand New in the Box. I do NOT sell Open Box or Customer Return Items. He purchased the Lock Set on 7/30/25 and it was shipped on 7/30/25 via USPS. Checking the tracking number shows there was a delay between Tallahassee and Jacksonville. All of my items are shipped promptly and I have absolutely no control over the post office. Buyer did not try contacting me with any issues prior to leaving feedback.

    Good shipping time. The packaging inside wasn’t secure but the item arrived in good condition. Everything works so far. It has every thing as described without any missing parts. It didn’t come with clear instructions on how to install parts to stand but it’s not difficult. I just looked at photos from the post for guidance. It was the best price I found that include shot clock and stand.

    Deceptive description says 40w laser engraver module and it’s really a 5w. I asked front about the number of pin connections to laser and was told it was new and sealed and seller couldn’t tell. I received the product laser head package was open and not sealed. Deceptive all the way around.

    Description clearly states laser requires 40W to operate and is a 5W laser. Buyer did ask me to check the pins, box was sealed with a security seal and I did not want to open it as then I would not be able to sell it as new anymore. I explained this to the buyer BEFORE he purchased. This is a prime example of an ignorant eBay buyer who didn't READ the description and LIED in his feedback about the item having been opened. As a seller I own up to my mistakes, don't blame me for yours.
