    Deceptive description says 40w laser engraver module and it’s really a 5w. I asked front about the number of pin connections to laser and was told it was new and sealed and seller couldn’t tell. I received the product laser head package was open and not sealed. Deceptive all the way around.

    Description clearly states laser requires 40W to operate and is a 5W laser. Buyer did ask me to check the pins, box was sealed with a security seal and I did not want to open it as then I would not be able to sell it as new anymore. I explained this to the buyer BEFORE he purchased. This is a prime example of an ignorant eBay buyer who didn't READ the description and LIED in his feedback about the item having been opened. As a seller I own up to my mistakes, don't blame me for yours.

    I haven’t installed recessed lights yet, but the process was very simple and shipping was right on time with emails sent with timeframe that would update me on every move. Lights look great and we got a pretty good deal!
