Delivered broken due to poor packaging. Initially contacted seller who first agreed to either send replacement or provide a refund. I opted for a replacement. I never heard back from the seller after that. I tried contacting 2 more times with no response, the third time stating I'd just like a refund at this point. Still no response from seller. I will not be making any more purchases from them.

The seller sent the wrong item, when I contacted them about retuning the item they told me to cancel the refund request and that they would later send the correct figurine. They then stopped responding to any emails or messages, because I had cancelled refund request the E-bay said they could do nothing else to help and that the seller should not have told me to do that. The seller has yet to send the correct item or respond to messages.

I wish I could give more than 5 Stars! Last minute decision to add to my husband's Halloween costume. I contacted the seller that I need for Halloween and he responded within minutes. Shipped the item the next day. When tracking update was not showing on the shipping site, he assured me it has been ship.
