    Item Not as Described. Listing said Brand New but the item has been used and was worn out. Please check the cutting point for signs of wear in the future. Now I have to Buy some more and wait for the arrival. Major inconvenience for me. On a positive Note they refunded my Money in Full thats why I have left Neutral Feedback. But no apology from the Seller. They have Very Poor Communication and NEVER respond to Questions. An apology and Some sign of Communication would be of Great Benefit.
