  Seller had outstanding customer service and communication. Shipping was extremely quick and all questions were answered without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. The softball bat arrived via UPS and was exactly what was described in the sellers post. The condition of the Easton OG Tantrum was in pristine new in the wrapper appearance. My only piece of advice would be to let the buyer know that their bat needs to be signed for. I would absolutely purchase from them in the future!!

  This is great wire. I have purchased several rolls from this seller and it has been a great exchange every time. The price is great. Shipping takes about a week which is understandable. It has always been packaged extremely well. The wire is wrapped inside a bubble wrap envelope that is placed inside a box that is filled with with packing paper. This wire is actually better than they described it. I will be buying more of this from the seller and advise you to do the same.

  I received a brand-new item exactly as described, which had some firmware issues. I tried to fix it myself, but was unsuccessful. I contacted the seller, he responded right away. He apologized and let me return the item. The communication was very friendly and helpful. I want to point out, the issue was not the seller's fault.
